We founded INFINITY FLOWER PORTUGAL with one goal: spreading love and happiness via our gifts and eternal flowers. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below:

  • To place an order you will need to complete the transaction on the website.  After you have made your selection and added products to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section. In this section, you will be asked for delivery and billing address, and other contact information as well as payment-related information.  Once the payment transaction has been completed, your order will only be processed upon receipt of the funds from the bank or Credit Card Company. It is at this stage that the sale is said to be complete. After that, your products will be shipped based on product availability and the completion of logistics operations related to the same.
  • A full list of payment options, including credit and debit cards and PayPal is available at the time of Check Out and before making payments for purchases.
  • As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and MasterCard you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (usually on the reverse of the card) when you make your online transaction using your Credit or Debit card. You may also have to have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction.

Security

  • Transactions on the website are protected via trusted protocols and certifications. This is an assurance that it follows the best security practices adopted by major online vendors where all payments are processed in real-time for your security and immediate peace of mind.
  • Credit card and Debit card information is not stored or taken by us. This information is taken directly by the payment gateway provided that is authorised and is compliant with the regulations and requirements of various banks and institutions and payment franchisees that it is associated with.

Product Pricing

  • Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updates may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order if a transaction has been made where the price indicated was incorrect. In the rare event that this happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
  • Prices are subject to change without advance notice.
  • All prices on this website are in Euros. 
  • All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at a price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising an invoice.

Destination Charges

All product prices do not include  Customs Duties & Import taxes and clearance charges.

Out-of-stock situations

We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer.  However in case, the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.

Delivery of products

  • Purchases are shipped from Portugal. Delivery estimates are provided at the time of placing the order. Infinity Flower Portugal uses local postal service and delivery companies and couriers for all deliveries and whilst we will do our best to deliver the product within the estimated time frame,  we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from courier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited from our end.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the buyer at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorised by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided when placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for damage to the products after delivery.
  • All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy.

Delivery Charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

Products return and exchange

  • Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there are no refunds possible.
  • To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please send an email within 1 day of receipt of the product including images of the damaged items to us, together with your order number. One of our customer service representatives will handle your claim directly and apply the appropriate remedy to resolve the matter at the earliest.  Refunds are not guaranteed and is at the entire discretion of Infinity Flower Portugal.
  • Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on any sale, any opened, any customized or used products.
